Sent a confirmation as a non-3D movie which ended up being 3D so had to pay for the glasses even though we had them at home. Response? “Your fault for booking too early - we did know if it’s 3D or not then”. Really??! It’s not a million pounds, I know, but it’s not exactly great service either.

Nice and open feeling in the building , offers a selection of seating from basic to almost a reclining seat with extra leg room. Sound and view was good. Bad points the seats in the Odeon in Maidstone are all electric and offer full reclning. Food and drink prices to high

This cinema is in a very convenient location, but the facilities are quite outdated. The screen is small and noticeably dim, which makes it hard to enjoy many of the newly released films that rely on strong visual quality. It feels like a real pity because the movies don’t look the way they should.

Went here today see Superman (2025). We decided to travel here for something different as prices were significantly cheaper than our usual cinema. We sat in premium and I was pleased. I thought the cinema itself was quite dated and shabby. I was also frustrated with the long walk to the toilets from screen 8 which was hardly convenient. The toilets themselves were cramped, narrow and not in the condition I was hoping for.

About what you'd expect from a cinema. High prices for snacks but overall comfortable seats with good leg space, clean but slightly narrow toilets, friendly staff and nicely decorated interior. Speaking of the decor, the bathroom had some funky colors.

It's a long time since I've been to a cinema in the UK and the prices shocked me. However as a treat for my granddaughter we saw Mathilda the musical and enjoyed it. The seats were OK, but the screen was quite small I thought. Biggest rip off was the price of the pick and mix.

Located slightly off the beaten track, but next to a useful car park. Well kept and clean inside. Plenty of screens and selection of food and drink. As with all cinemas these days, it's expensive. 2 tickets with food and drink is £50. Starting to become unreasonable. Good seating, however beware that premium seating isn't suitable for shorter people, as the seats in front are quite high

Comfy seats, good sound. Really enjoyed Avatar 2 in 3D. Had my own 3D glasses. Popcorn not too good, had much better in other cinemas. Overall - would visit again as it is the most convenient for Guildford.

It's an average Odeon cinema. Clean an reasonably well maintained. Good range of snacks and drinks. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for parking and the train station.
