Going here was a treat to bring back my want to go to see a traditional movie rather than one on streaming services. Although food does seem a bit expensive, I just go and watch the movie and I love a good bargain on movie tickets! The staff is very helpful and usually it’s really quiet inside the screen rooms every time I’ve gone to watch some good cinema so it’s nice for someone who doesn’t like large crowds in one area. Will definitely have this as my movie watching spot!

I’ve never written a review like this before, but what happened at Odeon recently was absolutely unacceptable and deserves attention. My friends and I went to enjoy a movie, expecting a normal, relaxing evening — but instead, we were **publicly humiliated and kicked out for no reason** by a staff member named **Denine**. Out of nowhere, this woman stormed up to us **screaming and shouting**, claiming we were people who had apparently caused trouble earlier. We tried to explain that she must be mistaken — we had just arrived and had done nothing wrong — but she **refused to listen**, kept yelling over us, and treated us like criminals in front of everyone. When we calmly asked what the issue was and tried to clarify, she became even more aggressive. She **pointed her finger in our faces**, raised her voice even louder, and started threatening to call security. To make matters worse, she actually **tried to record us on her phone**, which felt completely invasive and inappropriate. We hadn’t given her permission to film us, and it only made the situation even more uncomfortable and humiliating. What made this so frustrating is that there was **absolutely no reason** for any of it — she had **mistaken us for other people**, and instead of apologizing when she realized her error, she doubled down and continued being rude. No explanation, no professionalism, no basic respect. We ended up being **kicked out of the cinema for something we didn’t do**, and Denine never once took responsibility or even attempted to verify what actually happened before escalating the situation. It completely ruined our night and left us feeling embarrassed and disrespected. If this is how Odeon allows its staff to treat paying customers, especially when they’re in the wrong, that’s deeply concerning. I genuinely hope management reviews the situation, because someone with such a **horrible attitude and zero people skills** shouldn’t be representing a major cinema chain. Avoid this Odeon until they sort out their staff issues — no one deserves to be treated the way we were by denine

Friendly staff, huge screens, not too loud like some venues in terms of the film screening volume, really well located and comfy, spacious seats. Make a day of it and enjoy Camden itself and neighbouring Regent's Park. Seats were good value. Let's save our cinemas!

Sadly my least enjoyable cinema I've ever been to! On two separate film occasions, I had instances of people persistently talking during the film. First time, they left, but second I had to leave the screening area twice to speak to staff but still persisted! They were stunned as to why I didn't mention earlier when I clearly did. Fortunately I got compensated with free ticket, but it's so frustrating these occasions are ruined by mainly youngsters!

Cinema itself seemed a bit run-down... seemed poorly cleaned in parts, old and not looked after properly. There seemed a lack of effort in the maintenance of the cinema itself. Staff were fine, toilets were good (except for the disabled toilet which didnt seem cleaned well and lacked toilet paper and soap). Cinema room itself was very small and not the most comfortable, but still good for the price, and the small size of the cinema room was quite nice, made it a bit more personal. The movie we watched was brilliant on the screen itself, so that's a big positive. Main problem is just the maintenance of the actual cinema itself I'd say.

A perfectly serviceable cinema located right next to Camden Town tube station. Standard drinks and snacks available. Screen 1 is spacious and makes for nice watching. Overall the temperature could be improved considering it’s January at time of writing. Standard tickets are under £10.

Surprisingly better then I expected the seats are in decent condition unlike a few other odeon branches. Fresh tasting popcorn and decent nachos. Only bad thing I could say was a constant draft in the cinema and the spotlights weren't switched off.

For 12.99 ticket the quality is very poor. 1) small screen size . Vue also has similar sizes but for much smaller rooms ,while here they have 8-9 rows. Feeling like you are at an overcrowded home cinema room… 2) height of seats in front of you is awful, you see the head of a person in front instead of 30% of screen 3) sound is awful, they had 4 speakers on each side in the room but only the front ones worked

Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU so much to the Team at Camden today for hosting @protouchsa CIC Westminster Summer Holiday programme’s young people. The trio Julian, Lauren (Manager) and Amin made us feel welcome and assisted my team with a few online issues we had with booking this morning. Oh the Summer Family offer is great, please keep them for ALL school holidays as helps us a lot as 80% of our services are for FREE to local disadvantaged families. Great team, keep us the excellent work and see you again next week.
