We go to the beckenham odeon quite frequently. Usually no complaints but this afternoon, when we went to see Nuremburg it was freezing. Couldn't take outdoor clothes off (including gloves) and I will take a blanket next time.

The screen was small and not bright enough. There were spotlights on during the movie which is distracting. Sound system and level didn't feel like a cinema.

Special mention to the staff, particularly manager David, who went above and beyond in making sure my bike was safe while my Mum and I watched the Downton Abbey film! So helpful and a pleasure to chat with.

Odeon Cinema Beckenham – Disappointing Experience Zack at the tills was excellent – friendly and helpful, a great start to the visit. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill once inside the screen. We paid extra for the premium seats, but the screen was so far away it felt like watching a film at home. We moved to seats closer to the front, only to find them worn out, dirty, stained, and even had gum stuck to them – which we only noticed at the end. To make matters worse, the screen had a bad odour and was extremely hot – so much so that our chocolates started melting. Really disappointing for the price paid. This cinema has potential, but comfort, cleanliness, and temperature control seriously need attention.

Nice and clean with comfortable seating and a great atmosphere. Sound quality was as expected and the movies shown are usually popular. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I'd recommend booking your tickets here. Only problem is the parking, there aren't many nearby places to park at.

I attended 173 primary school children and it was a great success. The staff were lovely and did what they had to. They accommodate us and handled the large group very well.

This was the strangest cinema I've been to for quite a while. It was very cold inside screen 6. Almost as if they want you to stay awake. Therefore, they turn off the heating. The food stops being served after a period of time too so I went to go get a hot dog or popcorn and they said the counter sorry is closed. This was rather early on in the night. I want to make the assumption that was around 9:00 9:30 that had no hot dogs. No popcorn. You couldn't get a slushy drink. It was just very strange that a cinema closes bar at that time. There are no late night showings at this place either, which I found strange as well. Greenwich Islington Lee valley pickets lock they all have late night shows but this cinema doesn't quite disappointed

Not the biggest, or best furbished Cinema, but when it comes to cosy, uncrowded, and nice staff, this place wins hands down. Only once encountered a rude member of staff, and she seems to have left. All the others, friendly, helpful, and polite. Even made me a make shift Mocha when they ran out of Mocha coffee and it was every bit as good as the real thing. Hope it stays as nice and relaxing as it currently is. Only one criticism, they don't show as many different films as some of their other Cinemas. Puzzled as to why. And wish they put more retro films on. Nothing like a 70s or 80s movie for great evening viewing.
