   We always get a great welcome at The Fleece. The staff are excellent — warm, friendly and attentive. The food is consistently good with something for everyone, generous portions and daily specials. There’s a strong selection of drinks, including well-kept real ales such as Landlord. The pub has a nice, relaxed environment, is dog friendly, and has a lovely garden that overlooks the River Wharfe. We’ve visited both as a couple and with a larger family group, and the service has been reliable every time. Prices are very reasonable, especially given the portion sizes. If you’re looking for a great place to eat in Otley or nearby, I would highly recommend it.

   From start to finish absolutely fantastic.... Sara/Zara (blond waitress apologies for spelling) - super friendly and professional - excellent member of staff. Lovely warm greeting and extremely good food. Steak and ale pie and sticky thai beef. Portions huge very tasty. Hope to return soon - just a little difficult living in Spain.

3. Mango faster ★★★★☆

   The food was superb. Service was very pleasant. Location is a paradox... It looks nothing from the front, but the rear has gardens running down to the river. The dining room has large windows which afford a pleasant view. £105 for four people including drinks and a couple of desserts was good value. Our visit was late lunch & the place was not busy. Parking is limited and the car park is rather steep. Would recommend a visit.

   Very nice spot for really tasty food. We had to wait a while as hadn’t booked, so recommend doing so as it is popular. Also there was a slight wait at the bar as not many staff on but the staff were really nice. The food was excellent, nicely cooked meats and tasty. Got the cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets which were both nice additions and big portions. Looks like a great outdoor area at the back overlooking the river

   Emma and the team have got so much right!! Its the finest Sunday dinner in Otley with first class service and the tastiest food which is realistically priced, fresh and hot. Newly taken over, table bookings and settings run like clockwork, the kitchen is calm and ordered and the meals that come out are of the highest standard. Clean glasses, tables and toilets; everything is spot on. Must not be missed. Absolutely superb in every aspect. 5+ stars.

   One of Otleys fine old inns, it's been called the fleece since 1861. The staff were very welcoming and polite from the moment I entered. The food is locally sourced and my steak and ale pie was very filling. It's a table service restaurant and you can pay by cash or card. The toilets are kept immaculate and there is outside seating available.

   Really nice pub, fantastic beer garden with views out over the river and lovely staff. The food was lovely and, as one of our party was lactose intolerant and doesn't like potatoes or mushrooms, there was still 4/5 items on the menu they could have. The gooseberry gin was delicious!!

   Me and my family dined in The Fleece in Otley. I have to say it was amazing food. They are dog friendly which is a bonus. I had the BBQ cheese, bacon chicken fillet burger with fries and the rest of my family had a Sunday lunch. The staff were friendly, polite and great customer service was given. I would recommend The Fleece anytime.
