Walking around the area felt depressing and apocalyptic. We had chosen to watch Avatar. Ash and Fire on screen 4, 17:10 showing. First impressions of the foyer were the carpet was filthy. My wife went to the toilets and they were not clean with toilet paper strewn everywhere. Sanitary bins overflowing and taps not working. She sensibly decided to decline using the facilities. On to the screen itself (no4), we had chosen Deluxe seats Q7 and Q8 it was a massive screen and our seats were out of use due to having no headrests. The state of seats and screen was appalling. Needless to say we left, upon exit I asked for the manager (Leon) and I explained I would like a refund due to the screen being disgusting. No apology or explanation and we left. Heading to another Vue establishment.

First time in my life when I saw the real rats in Cinema, I think that's to much. We've been few days ago at Screen 6 which also have a lot of defected seats. This is not certanly experience I would like to have...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience should be noted. I visited this cinema in November and noticed an unpleasant smell in the screening room. Before the film ended, I began to get bites, which was concerning. In the days following the visit, it became clear these were bedbug bites, which I believe were picked up during the screening. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience.

I visited Wood Green Vue Cinema with my daughter. We came for a lunchtime screening, and the cinema was almost emptyβjust three other people besides us. The film was great, the auditorium was clean, and everything worked perfectly. I had read comments about poor lighting and sound, but we didnβt experience any of that. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Had a S* cinema cinema today. Reasons.. 1. The screen was **** and dark 2. A light was flickering in room 3. The mess wasn't cleane 4. The sound randomly went off silent 4. Kids alone in 12A movie with torch lighting shining. 5. They wouldn't give me a refund **** off

Great priced tickets for each film, food us alright, the staff are usually very nice though, it's not a luxe cinema, but it does the job. Keeps us happy enough...
