   Absolutely top-quality food and service! I visited Phat Boyz and couldn’t fault a single thing. The customer service was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. I ordered the Smash Box, Hot Chicken Box, Hot Chicken Burger, and a Sandwich ,every item was packed with flavour, cooked perfectly, and served fresh. The smash burger was juicy, the hot chicken had the perfect level of spice, and the portions were very generous. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. Definitely one of the best spots around .I’ll 100% be coming back and recommending this place to others.

   I tried to speak to the owner of this establishment about this however didn’t receive any response, so thought I’d share my experience on here. We recently visited phatboyz and ordered the ‘viral’ steak and fries for collection, after a 4 hour train drive to Bradford, my husband treated me to this food as I’d always see it on my TikTok. Once we had received the food we were really disappointed with the presentation and lack of sauce that was provided. Don’t get me wrong the steak and fries were absolutely delicious I really can’t fault it! Just a shame about the looks and lack of sauce and fries. I wanted to return to speak to one of the workers but after a 4 hour journey you can imagine I was far too tired and hungry. I don’t expect anything from this message but just thought I’d inform the business as it really is a let down when you see such great visuals online and then reality is nothing like it!

   I stepped into phatboyz, I knew I was in for something special Honestly! The grilled fried broccoli with rice was like a crunchy little party from my mouth! Absolutely so tasty and cosy, felt like a warm hug with every bite, healthy fresh, and totally adorable definitely can't wait to try again! The chicken was juicy and well seasoned, with a nice smoky flavour from the grill. The rice was fluffy and complemented the chicken perfectly. The portion size was generous and the meal felt satisfying and hearty, The restaurant had a relaxed vibe, making a nice spot to enjoy a casual meal. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the grilled chicken and rice at phatboyz if you're looking for tasty comforting food

   Armani and Jasmine were very well mannered, smiley, polite & friendly. The food was really nice, we got steak & chips & a smash burger meal. But just to reiterate, we have never been treated like this at any establishment. The management / owners owe a great deal to their exceptional counter staff, they helped us make a decision in what we wanted to order & went above & beyond their job description - well done.

   10/10. The best food ever. i ordered a box with a smashburger, wings, chips and donner. the flavours were so good and everything had unique flavours. i recommend this place and i crave it all the time. everything was delicious. everyone needs to go here!!

   Bang on. The food here is really tasty. Enjoyed all of it. Went for the Hotchick box. Burger, home made Donner, chicken tenders. Hit the spota. Would recommend to anyone. Service was reall good and they are very welcoming. Food was prepared quickly even though the place was full.

   Decided to have a munch while passing through Bradford and came across Phatboyz. What a regret, other than the food looking good for pictures it is standard food with excessive cheese and sauces!! You would expect flavour and quality for what you pay but no, just enough cheese to clog your arteries! Staff are not trained and by the looks of it students being paid apprentice rates without the training. Took forever to place an order as they were mixing orders up in the back.

   This place has a great level of decor inside and the food is also tasty. Customer service could do with improving significantly though. We visited for our first time as a group of friends. The 2 females at the front tills were polite but struggled to cope with dealing with customers and didn't present any good customer service skills. Overall it's worth a visit, the fish fillet burgers were very nice as were the buffalo wings!

   I’m not usually a fan of smash burgers but I have to say the ‘phat chick’ is my favourite burger! If you’re around Bradford and looking for a unique dining experience, then I would definitely recommend Phat Boyz. I have a big family and the ‘phat family box’ was perfect for us. It was flavoursome and cooked to perfection. The staff were very polite. Food was ready on time and overall a 10/10 experience. It was very refreshing to see a well ran family business - keep up the good work guys!
