The staff at Wirral Sports, especially Dawn, did everything they could to help me when I had a faulty pair of goggles. They rushed a replacement to me ASAP, completely hassle free. I'll definitely shop there again, this is how customer service should be!

Most sportswear stores are impersonal sheds more focussed on fashion than sport. Wirral Sports is a complete contrast. Great choice of kit, extremely helpful and well informed staff. A real hidden gem - can't recommend it too highly.

Ordered a last minute Xmas present for my wife this morning at 09.30, asked how soon it could be delivered as I was having to self Isolate and nipping to the shop wasn't possible. It was just dropped off about 5 minutes ago. That's what I call an efficient, good local delivery service. Very impressed.
