The badges on the t shirts etc.are absolutely lethal. The back of them would shred your skin. For goodness sake put some kind of mesh over them. This has been going on for years and needs sorting.
A brilliant store with so many things to purchase for an Everton Fan. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and were on hand to help. The shop is well spaced out and it didn't feel cramped at all. Everything on sale was well presented and maintained. A good stop for any fan.
Compared to the anfield shop this one looks worned out. Good selection of goods. Look forward to the new store next to the new stadium.
Love this shop for my partner and 2 boys especially my 11 week old as we got his 1st ever kit.. Staff very friendly and welcoming and happy to help. Good variety of kit for adults and kids and babies, t shirts, hoodie, souvenirs
Helpful and polite staff, however there were no public toilets and having travelled and still had a long way home found this very inconvenient

Very organised shop with limited car parking. Helpful staff on hand to guide you round the store and help with any size questions.
Pretty poor and very disappointing. Shop staff not interested and overcharged for two pin badges, which were already the most expensive I have bought at any stadium in Europe. Not to be repeated!!
Hi, I placed a order on your Everton Direct website and paid for express delivery, all items were showing as in stock at the time. I placed the order on Wednesday expecting it to be dispatched Thursday and delivered today. However, I am now being told that one of the items was a pre-order item (A heritage top , to which I am sure is not a pre-order item) and the whole order won't arrive until next week which is unacceptable, I didn't even receive any correspondence to notify me of this and had to call myself. These items where gifts for my nephews in Hull who I am going to visit tonight. I asked the call handler to cancel the order in that case as I need it today and would go to the shop and buy them, however apparently there is nothing she can do to cancel it all I can do is return it when it arrives. It seems this club doesn't really care about its fans, offering an express delivery service that doesn't actually exist, happily taking the fans money but not fulfilling the expected service. Unfortunately, it seems lately that this is a unfortunate trend with the club putting us the fans underneath the profits. Its a shame that Commercially this club doesn't have the same outlook as Frank does in doing there best for this club and taking it forward. It is extremely disappointing to have been a fan of this club all my life and being let down in such a simple way. The fans are the pillars of this club we hold it up, without us the club has nothing its a shame they don't treat us in a way that mirrors this respect.
