   ***** PLEASE READ***** contacted the owner who would only communicate via short text messages, they said the conure was 8 months old, we brought it home and it died two days later, completely out of the blue. We checked with a breeder and the leg ring indicated the bird was 10 years old. We are gutted and annoyed for not reading the reviews! People have written reviews saying their shop is disgusting and not fit for keeping birds, we went to their house and it is just the same there. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I will be reporting them. They also sell under various names online such as freeads or birdsuk Malay being one of the names

   Travelled 3 hours from South West Wales, to purchase Indian Ring Neck parakeet last Sunday. Inside of shop not up to a very high standard. Bird was purchased and seemed fine until this morning Thursday, when it was found dead in the bottom of the cage (large new one bought especially. Have tried phoning repeatedly but cannot get to talk to anyone. I would therefore strongly recommend that you do not use this pet shop.

   Well where do I start, I cannot fault the owner of this shop whatsoever, I bought a double yellow amazon and he is in perfect condition, very knowledgeable owner and answered all my questions too, I even got delivery the same day too, what else could I ask for, keep up the good work, I will be shopping with you again, thanks so much...... have added a pic now... this is a week later

   First contacted this pet shop on Sunday 22nd August about an Indian ring neck, I asked lots of questions and asked for photos of several different Parrot types before we settled on our beautiful Alexandrine parrot who was delivered on Thursday 26th August, so polite throughout all of our exchanges, delivered our bird directly into our cage. Couldn't be happier with him, he's settled right into our family and is such a beautiful bird. Considering getting a friend for him in the future from the same shop! Would recommend!

   Do not recommend. Seen an advert on preloved for a indian ring neck parrot which was advertised in Cardiff ( which they obviously wasn't) I got told it was around 6-7 months old which is a lie. Had it delivered which the parrot was in a small handmade carrier that wasn't even big enough for it to stand up straight in also travelled 3hrs plus on a back seat of a car. What kind of delivery service uses a car to transport birds in with no proper equipment. The guy on the phone told me that the parrot was coming from Cardiff when I spoke to him face to face he said travelled 3 hours plus. Please please please do your research on these con artists. They do not have the birds best interests at heart. My poor Indian ringneck got put through all that stress if I had known my IRN was going to travel that far I wouldnt have bothered because of the stress
