My review isn't for Game exactly - there's nothing wrong with the staff or service at all. The thing I don't understand is the fact that there's no Game sign outside at all. How would people know to visit at all? It's a decent size and the every time I go in it is dead. They are losing so many customers this way and it bothers me because we are losing physical media stores for games all over the place so it needs a clear sign to promote itself and give it a chance!
I went into the store today and there was quite a sizeable que due to the fact the young employee was on her own and she was amazing and gave excellent customer service she was smiling throughout each transaction in front and was giving excellent help and advice throughout. With an employee like this she certainly deserves every recognition, truly a fantastic employee.

Massive shout out to Megan! She helped me find a controller for my switch that was comfortable for me to use. She was so helpful and really friendly. Such a lovely lovely person. I hope to give her an update in a few weeks. 100% perfect customer service.
Biggest supplier of trainer's and clothing all the brand names, at good prices. Ground floor only, so good for disabled access. Staff are very friendly and helpful free parking as well.
