   I genuinely don’t know how this place is still operating. We paid for delivery and ordered cheesy fries, mozzarella dippers, a chicken parmo, and four pieces of southern fried chicken. What turned up? Fries, mozzarella sticks… AND a completely random pizza with six chicken wings. No parmo. No southern fried chicken. Just chaos in a bag. Tried calling the number online — it doesn’t even ring. Completely pointless. So my wife had to physically go down there just to return the wrong food. They did remake everything “fresh,” but somehow managed to send her away without the mozzarella sticks or the dip that we had already paid for. How do you remake an order wrong twice in one evening? It’s almost impressive. To top it off, trying to explain the issue in the shop was impossible. There was zero communication, zero apology, zero customer service. Just blank stares and confusion. This whole experience was an absolute joke. Wrong order, unreachable phone, wasted time, missing items, and no accountability. Save yourself the hassle and go literally anywhere else.

   Ordered tonight for delivery; chips & cheese, mozzarella sticks, chicken parmo and 4 pieces of chicken. What arrived was chips, sticks, a pizza and 4 chicken wings. Tried calling to resolve but the phone line didn’t work. Took it all back for an exchange and given very little English was spoken still came back with a partially correct order. The food was ok but definitely won’t use again. Pic attached is the chicken parmo which is £10!!!

   Used to really like USA meals but likely all we have been receiving is soggy chips and the chicken is disgusting so chewy my partner had a chicken burger and the chicken was too hard to eat I’ve rang to tell them this and they don’t answer the phone waste of time and money

   Absolutely appalling customer service! Waited 1 hour and 15 mins to call the shop to find out we weren't getting our delivery. I had to ask for a refund.
