   Ordered food over £100. They took over two hours (delayed). They gave us all the wrong orders and thought it was okay by adding a note saying “we are out of stock of pulled beef and our drink machine doesn’t work”. We received canned drinks rather than actual drinks which is what we ordered. Furthermore, the food came extremely cold wallah. The forks were also melted which is ridiculous. They also didn’t answer their line for more than 2 hours. Extremely disappointed. May Allah have mercy upon these takeaway owners.

   I haven’t ordered from here in a long time and although the quality of the food is great, the portions are significantly smaller while the price remains the same. Again, the food taste amazing it’s just a shame they now use small boxes for the loaded fries as they were my favourite thing on the menu.

   Absolutely incredible and delicious burgers from Smashed & Pulled! The staff are always very friendly and generous, too. Everything is of exceptional quality even down the the packaging they use to wrap the burgers. It's obvious a lot of thought and effort has gone into everything. Recommended 100% if you love a proper burger!

   I'm very picky about where I eat from, and this place is very clean, and the staff very accomodating. As for the food, the food is absolutely fantastic. The portions are good and leave you full without feeling sluggish and bloated. The pizza's are top tier, and the juices are next level. Get yasens down to Smashed and Pulled ⚡⚡⚡

   Really impressed with the quality of the food. Under no reccomendation it was literally just a quick Google search as I was passing through the City. The place is well lit and has good presentation, both inside and outside. A modern look with a clean easy, simple to read menu. They also have leaflets too. The staff were very generous and gave me reccomendations based on my preferences. They take card which is a big plus for me, I don't like to carry cash. The waiting time wasn't long either. I got the mixed meat burger which was a smash beef patty and chicken. The bun was fresh. The meat was absolutely lovely. The burgers melted in your mouth and I really enjoyed the taste of it. I even got some buttermilk wings and they did no dissapoint either! Very satisfying. I paid around £25 for 2 people, 2 burger meals and some wings. I would say slightly on the pirceier side however definitely worth it when it comes to the overall experience and taste! If your passing through like I was, or have been past many times before. I would highly reccomend visiting this and trying their food out. You will not be dissapointed! I'll be visiting again, on my next cheat day!

   Recently ordered via UberEats, got a 'Beef my Chick' burger, fries, drink and jalepeno poppers. Good God this is by FAR the best burger I've had in a long LONG time. Ample servings, great taste, hot and fresh and the drinks seem to be unique to the shop and not your generic coke/pepsi/tango which I thought was a nice touch. Was a little upset that they had no choice to order extra sauce on the menu, but it turns out they are complimentary with every order! The only thing I would change is a little more salt on the chips but this is personal taste and easily fixed at home. 11/10 absolutely outstanding food at a fair price, would reccomend and will be ordering again, keep up the good work guys and thank you very much!

   I've been twice, once a take out and once dining in. Both were brilliant, and pleasant experiences. The burgers are so saucy and flavoursome, the smashed buff burger is to die for. Even their sauces are just right, the garlic mayo richness and texture is spot on, not too runny or too thick. Same goes for the chilli dip,the balance of spice is perfect, enough for a kick but not too much to burn your tongue. The chips are so crispy (note: portion sizes of chips are generous which is a bonus) Also tried the shredded chicken loaded fries in smoked BBQ you'll see in the pic I attached, they were so tasty. And to top it off, the service is so friendly, they always ask if everything was okay...a small gesture but goes a long shot especially when they ask in a non scripted way that some food joints do. Will be spreading the word and boosting their customers for sure. Well done smashed and pulled team!
