I have received a first class service at Serendipity counselling from everyone I had contact with. My counsellor was outstanding she quickly made me feel welcome in spite of my nerves. I felt safely held throughout, she was really attuned to how I was feeling, and had a lovey way of using humour at just the right moments. She was not afraid to gently challenge me. Have not responded to two emails or two voice mail messages. Drove to address as per Google maps and ended up in a random (and not the best) neighborhood only to find Google has the pin in the woods behind one of the houses. Something fishy going on here.
