   I spent the best part of the last year receiving counselling from Sam. She helped pick me back up from what has easily been the lowest and hardest period of my life. From dealing with being a nurse in the pandemic to multiple family deaths in a short space of time. Sam has taught me how to put myself first and to deal with my emotions appropriately. I honestly do not think I would be here today, as the person I am without her support. Sam always remained professional, yet warm and friendly. I never felt as though I was being judged for anything I told her. I couldn’t recommend Sam enough, she really is an angel. Thank you so much for your sessions. I’m a better person today because of your support!
