   The freshest sandwhiches! I always find myself staring at them so today I treated myself to a cornbeef and it was so delicious and under 400 calories they are quite big so it’s a lot of food for the calorie count. So if you’re restricted to what you can eat this is the best place to come! Delicious low calorie sandwhiches so fresh!! So tasty!!!

   Staff more interested in chatting to each other than serving myself and partner, asked for 2 ham sandwich meals, not once asked if wanted salad or butter both just put on sandwich, asked mayo on 1 and salad cream on other, server too busy chatting to colleagues about holidays in Scotland to hear me ask which had mayo on, at end asked again told wrong one found out while eating!! Salad was soggy and not fresh at all considering made in front of me is' not good' had to return coffee as just warm milk, not a good experience and wont use this branch again, its a shame as ive found other cooplands branches wonderful and very fresh tasty food, may suggest customer services courses for these staff members!! I as a paying customer dont wish to be ignored while hearing about staff trips to Scotland for hogmany and why she shouldnt go really as dosnt drink!!!

   Paid for 2 lemon tarts. Got home to find only one and she'd pressed the paper down so hard this was the result. Empty shop, not good enough

   Had a collection for a magic bag which clearly states on the too good to go app as between 3 and 315. Told to wait until shop closed to collect and then the contents of the bags were very poor as not much more value in the bags than what I would have paid full price and no where near the £9 there is advertised in the bags as one bag had cheese straws, a apple pie and one Cornish pasty and others had similar contents. If the time of collection is 315 this should be updated on the app

   Normally fantastic sandwiches,but today we're really poor, apparently they had sold out of most types of bread so ended up with a strange seeded bap, although this was only 1pm. Both ham salad sandwiches were made with a peppery lettuce,while I understand that iceberg lettuce is in short supply, this is a lettuce that neither of us like,it would have been nice to been told about the change and have the option to change our order,this might seem a minor thing but unfortunately for someone with a stomach ulcer this has caused her to have a very uncomfortable afternoon.

   I Ordered a Steak bake from the hot cabinet thinking it was going to be hot, unlike Greggs which can be hot or warm. It was stone cold, like just out of the fridge cold. I remember when Cooplands used to be amazing, fresh sandwiches made there and then, we used to queue out of the shop for them at school, now it's just like any other poor attempt at a sandwich shop, probably owned by a big corporation for profit only. Back to Greggs for me.
