Suffering with a bad back is notwhat anyone wants. Having had spine surgery a few years ago my back was constantly stiff and i still suffered with bouts of pain in the lower back making me walk stooped over. I had physio at many places with simply no results. I know physio is not a miracle cure but had this place recommended through someone who had simply read the reviews so i thought i would give it it a go. I have had a number of appointments with Courtney the sports physio and have had amazing results. She is only interested in making a difference to your ailments which is a great change from previous places which have made simply no difference. I cannot recommend the place enough.

Saw Lisa today the podiatrist. Absolutely amazing, she is so friendly, professional and thorough. She sorted out my problem in no time at all. I would recommend Lisa to anyone she's brilliant. 5*

Amazing place. Was suffering badly from sciatica and in a miserable place with constant pain and no sleep. Doctors were useless, messed me about, made it impossible for me to book some physio so I booked my own private sessions and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done! Reception staff are so professional and friendly and always have a chat with them. Michael Kitching is the physio I was assigned and just after one session it made a massive difference. Even my wife later that night said you can see it’s made a difference, the pain had gone from my face and I had for the first time in weeks a sense of relaxation and peace. The next day it slowly creeped back, obvious not a miracle cure in one session but it gave me relief and set the level of pain lower now so more manageable. The next session was another improvement. I’ve had about 5 sessions now and pretty much all gone, I’m having another 2 though just to keep on top and keep doing the exercises that I was told about along with the physio. I can’t thank Michael enough, it really has changed my life from a grumpy short fused man in pain back to my happy go lucky self. I’m on a cruise after the last 2 sessions too so I now can look forward to a lovely time and stop worrying about my pain. I highly recommend anyone to give them a try, I didn’t realise how important and how much impact physio can do!

Highly recommend John cox health and sports therapy. I injured my neck at work , I was in agony and unable to work. After visiting my doctor they prescribed strong painkillers but that didn’t really help the problem, more masked it. Three people recommended John cox health and sports therapy and I was not disappointed. I got an immediate appointment with the excellent Courtney Wallace, who is very professional but also very kind and considerate and brilliant at what she does. After 4 or 5 appointments I am pain free and back at work. Can’t thank her enough. Just wish I had gone sooner rather than waiting 10 days for a doctors appointment and getting painkillers. Would not hesitate to return in the future. Thank you x

I attended last week to see Paul Baxter after having an ankle fracture dislocation and ruptured ligament, after just one session the difference is amazing, can’t wait for my next one, this guy is amazing, cannot rate him highly enough

John and the Team are an amazingly friendly bunch and are awesome at the jobs they do. I've been going to Michael for over 3 years and I can honestly say that the service and advice is second to none.

John and Jackie are absolutely brilliant, even my GP said he’s known to be excellent amongst her colleagues and I know he's treated my shoulder orthopaedic consultant too, so you couldn't really ask for a better recommendation. I started visiting John after I’d been told adhesive capsulitis had returned in both shoulders and one side was absolute agony as the adhesions were pressing on a nerve. John managed to work his magic, so the joint has more space and no longer hits the nerve…. He really is brilliant, as is Jackie too. If I don’t go for a few weeks, the pain returns as the muscles contract back again, but either Jackie of John always leave me pain free…… It’s the best £30 I spend every week now and can't recommend these lovely people highly enough.
