Ordered some NRL vests for an upcoming holiday but the vests were out of stock. They swapped them for 2 other vests they had in stock that were a higher price but no extra charge and shipped them next day so I had them for my holiday. Top service!

Best customer service I've received, there was a mistake with shipping meaning my item wouldn't of arrived in time for Christmas so not only was I able to change my order but they have also followed up months later to let me know the original item was back in stock!
Shopped here twice before. Known Neil for years from the rugby tournaments he used to do. Our two previous purchases were for our son and they have been great buys. I got the gold Coast titans training t-shirt as a surprise for Fathers day. I'm a big built bloke and was unsure of the fit but Neil helped my wife and said the dynasty made products were a better fit and boy was he right love the summer vibes on the shirt and will be back at Christmas for more presents.
