After bad experiences with Camhs and the NHS adult mental health services, I was incredibly nervous to start up with another therapist. Elevate Therapy made me feel completely listened to and understood, especially while talking through old trauma. I feel like a completely different person after being in therapy for just over a year, and the people around me see the positive change. I can't recommend Elevate Therapy enough. I'm truly thankful to have found Amanda and am grateful for the hard work we've done together.
