   Link given for map , and after speaking the counsellor about first appointment , ad directions for where to go the map and directions given by them took me to the wrong place . When got to right place eventually staff didn’t seem to overley bothered and even though it was their fault that I went to the wrong place after been given wrong map location and wrong directions from cousellor I didn’t get to have a full time appointment which is ridiculous as they should have given me the full time still as this was there fault . The place sheer the map and directions took me had the logo of the service on the windows so anyone else new to the service would think this is also the place .phoned them told hem I was outside was told someone would come out , no one did and no one phoned me back either to ask where I was which they also should of done

   Great if you have mental illness but not if your needs are too complex. They knew about my illness yet still found a way to push me out because my health deteriorated too much. Sorry to dissapoint.

   Fine till you are made an appointment and they apparently send the letter in the post..... An appointment they didn't confirm with you prior to sending so have no knowledge of. Then when said letter doesn't arrive.... Wonder why you don't attend then discharge you, refusing to help despite the fact you are in need of councilling and they tell you over the phone whilst out that you can't have any help and leave you having a breakdown over the phone. Then 3 weeks later if it wasn't bad enough, they write to you, say they were worried about you, oh but you're still discharged. Seriously..... I'd say they don't care! So exhaust all other options first. Then if all else fails.... Just don't risk it.
