I can not thank this lovely lady enough for all her support and advice during the last year and more. Have struggled with my mental health, anxiety and panik attacks through a time where there was alot of turmoil out of my control. With Louise's ability to show empathy and listen amongst other skills she has helped me put strategies in place and learnt me how to deal with situations differently. My anxiety and panik attacks happen hardly at all now but when they do I can manage them so they don't escalate.
