   I was recommended Farhana through a friend after suffering with abdominal pain which felt like my belly button had moved like it had many years ago. I've had 2 sessions and the treatment made a difference immediately after the first session. My pain was gone instantly and Farhana advised it was a long term situation.    Farhana is an amazing therapist who works wonders on any pains you have. She offers a variety of treatments that are very effective and helps with the pain. I've had wet cupping, accupunture and massage done by her and it has helped me a lot. She's understanding and listens to you before recommending which treatments will benefit you the most and go forward from there. I would 100% recommend her.

   Ferhana is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. She is highly qualified and passionate about what she does. She has helped my mum and I immensely. I have had wet cupping and stomach massage. I also tried Acupuncture and Reflexology for the first time which was very beneficial. I look forward to my treatments every month!! Must try even if you don't have an injury but just need to feel re-energised and practice self-care.

   I’ve been seeing Farhana for years , she usually helps me with my stiff neck and shoulders … she does cause me pain when I see her but a few days later am more flexible than I was before seeing her . So after having my accident and have a humeral shaft fracture (broken upper arm) post opp I was left with limited movement in my shoulder . Farhana has helped me lots over a few appointments with the combination of massage , dry cupping and needling , I have made massive progress and even my physio has been impressed . Short term pain and long term gain … after my accident I wondered if my arm would ever go back to the way it was before in terms of flexibility and strength but Farhana has given me faith I will get there :-)

   Absolutely everything this lady does she is just amazing and how she works on you. All advice given at the time and that really helps with medical terms, would highly recommend all her treatments and advice been going to her for so many years now. Also how Farhana helped my daughter through her treatment sessions and then pushing the doctors to get the proper help, finally after so many years and all that time they wasted North Staffordshire medical practice did something when she moved home.. It was too late but only for my daughter to be diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and the impact it's had on her, something that they could of done years ago because they knew Farhana was doing my daughters regular treatments. This could of been avoided now on long term steroids that she's going to have to deal with and the fact that she's been put on the records as officially disabled at the age of 26yrs old and all this because Farhana realised that my daughter needed the right help from her GP. JazzakAllah Khair for all that you do and for going out of your way for each and everyone that comes you.

   I must say that you can never go wrong to try Farhana at Alternate relief. I had few medical issues which I was using the medicine for. Things were not working out right for me and I was really depressed. I discussed with my friend and she suggested me to try Farhana at Alternate relief. I booked an appointment for microneedling and wet cupping with the gap of few days. Meeting Farhana was an amazing and pleasant experience. I received very friendly and professional customer service with the full confidentiality and privacy. She explained the whole procedure ,its after care and made me feel comfortable before starting the treatment. Treatment was well focused and thorough. Within 12 hours I started to see the difference which was noticed by my colleagues and friends. From now on at least one treatment a month by Farhana is in my important to do list.
