Jo is a fantastic therapist. Easy to talk to, listens attentively, and understands your needs before providing advice. She creates a safe environment to discuss what's bothering you and uses tools as well as talking techniques to unpick problems. CBT is not effective on me, so having someone who doesn't just try to shoehorn me down that path, but actually takes the time to learn who I am and what makes me tick is so much more helpful. Definitely recommend her.
