   I have been seeing JK ok and off now for around 18 months and she is my go to person in times of crisis. She has a very unique skill of being to pinpoint the exact issue and then treat it. Unlike most therapists that take multiple sessions to get to the issue, JK does it all within one 90 minute session by asking probing questions and challenging your thoughts (not in a CBD way),in order to address complex problems. One of the most effective techniques for me that Jk uses is Integral Eye Movement (IEM) but which ones she uses depends on the problem. Would highly recommend.

   Would recommend Jennie / JK's services to anyone who feels a bit lost or feels like they've hit a wall with work. Jennie helped me to reassess my confidence levels, really focus on my values and what I wanted from my work, and helped me identify how to find positions that were meaningful to me, my aims, goals and values. We worked to address barriers I'd built up myself, practiced new ways of thinking and exercises to progress through my own hurdles. Jennie is an extremely good listener and very understanding of what you're after from an individual point of view. I felt valued, respected and listened to, which is so important in personal sessions like these. If you're in a rut, unhappy, want to change jobs, move into something new but don't know what, have issues with confidence and self esteem in the workplace, I would say give Jennie a call!
