   Terrible experience! Ordered online some Christmas gift for the family on the 16th of December. Chose the store on Oxford street as a pick up location (hoping it would make the order easier and faster). Received an email stating my order was ready to collect. Came all the way from outside of London to pick it up. Staff told me only part of the order was available and the rest will take another week.. (we talking 2 weeks for a football shirt, i couldn’t believe it). Anyway i needed to offer it for Christmas, couldn’t afford going without a present. So I had to go Puma and bought the shirt with the Name and number personalization (queued for an hour on Xmas day, thanks guys). I asked for a refund of the shirt which btw is still not ready to be picked up, i also asked the customer service (Daniel) for a refund of the delivery fee. As they didn’t fulfill their commitment of delivering the goods between 3-7 days (£4,99). He said he can’t do that he can only apologize for the inconvenience.. please train your customer service support because they are terrible. Will definitely not recommend you guys in the future after such terrible experience

   Absolutely poor service from this store. Went there to purchase a pair of under shoes that they charged me full price. Noticed later on the box that it was on sale. Went back to the store to enquire about this and the store manager funnily said that it was a wrong tag that the probably forgot to take off but the product was not on sale. I later exchanged the same product with a different size and the box again had the same on sale sticker on it! However ridiculous that every box had the discounted price and yet they have the audacity to charge full price from customers. Disgusting. And not to forget, the staff there are just moving around but when you ask for help they get busy with some work. Useless!

   This offer appeared on my app. I visited this branch 1 o’clock and asked one of the staff if they offered it. They confirmed that they did. I spent some time choosing the size and color, but when I reached the payment counter, the supervisor rudely informed me that they didn’t offer this particular item. Disappointed, I was about to leave when another staff member suggested that if I paid the delivery charge, they could accommodate the offer. I went back to the counter, but the other supervisor denied this request. I noticed that the supervisors in this branch were quite rude, despite their appearance. It seemed that they didn’t prioritize providing good service. In contrast, when I visited another branch of Picaddeli Circus they did this offer without any hassle. the staff there were very attentive and helpful.

   This flagship Sports Direct store is massive and has an incredible range of sports clothing, footwear etc. I am surprised to say it, but this store is deserves its good four star rating. It’s particularly good for brand kids footwear and sports clothes, the choice of brand, style and sizes is far greater than the other shops we visited. The staff were helpful, but slightly reluctant and a bit grumpy.

   Popped in today and was being assisted by rani, helped me get into the changing rooms, then checked me out instantly. I then came back to return the items she was very helpful and kept me happy even I couldn’t get a refund. Super sweet woman who deserves a raise at the same rate as inflation.

   The place has variety of options, but the staff especially on the lower ground floor is inhospitable and quite rude (specially the lady at the cash counter) ! We had a various clothes to try, but there was no one at the trial room for us to help so we got in with whatever we had. The lady randomly comes and starts talking rudely that you cant just take more than 3 items to try! The store wasnt filled with customers, and all the rooms were vacant. She could have been polite and told that thats not a policy but she spoke to me and my friend quite rudely that we ended up not buying anything. The management should really look into this behaviour

   Came in to purchase a phone case holder for running, had some loose stitches, while on till asked the assistant if I could get a discount, The manager on shift agreed and got 10% off I mean I was more then happy, the outcome & service was exceptional. Saturday evening I believe on the first floor as you enter the store. Thank you to the team on shift very helpful.

   The shop layout and appearance is very unique, clean and modern. It allows easy access to each line of every brands, but the sections are not easily detectable. Size variety of each product is available according to standard size guide. Though mostly focused on sports and young fashion style, but few of them could be multipurpose. The gaps between the product line allows enough room for customers to move around easily. The men and women collection hold quality and priced products. Lots of high value brands then other useful sports direct shops. There are products verity based on fashion, style and price. More options are available compared to other brunch.
