There are a variety of trainers and prices are quite good. I must commend one gentleman (a staff by the name Okeen) I came across during my purchase. He was really helpful and exercised a lot of patience. That was great customer service.

Just tried to enter the shop at 18:37, it was locked without any note on the door. The shop assistant came out and said they can’t serve customers as they have “stuff on the floor” and they need to clean up the shop and don’t want to do it after 19:00 (shop closing time), so they can’t let us in. Lots of unhappy customers left behind the locked door not being let in, so lots of potential income loss for the shop.

As I was browsing through the under-knee garments, I found myself a bit confused about the sizing. I approached a manager for assistance, hoping to get clarity on the fit. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse as the manager seemed quite rude and obnoxious. As an experienced sales assistant, I expected a higher level of customer service. When I inquired about the size he replied they have variations, I then asked him to expand he appeared frustrated and was unwilling to provide the detailed information I was looking for. Our exchange left me feeling disappointed, especially since I was genuinely seeking help. To top it off, after expressing my dissatisfaction, I wished him a nice day, but he didn’t even acknowledge my comment. This experience has left a sour taste, and I regret to say that this will be my last visit to Sports Direct on Kilburn High Road. ---
Unfriendly return policy designed to avoid returns. Refused to refund money to bank for instore return. Charged GBP 4.99 to ship the return after charging GBP 4.99 to ship the item to me. So I lost GBP 9.98 simply because the shoes shipped to me were a size smaller than I needed

Awful store with an awful Manager, Valentine. Refused to offer me a refund for a pair of shorts I accidentally bought in a children’s size. And through no fault of my own since the item was incorrectly labelled. Sports Direct can be re-branded as much as it likes, it still remains the badly managed, dirty, messy store it always was. And they still treat every customer walking in there as if they are thieves. What an embarrassment for Frasers group
