Do not leave your dog here. They are caged all day. Have a tiny patio when being ‘let out’ and this woman is just raking in £25 x 8 dogs a day.
Took my 3 month old puppy here and he absolutely loved it. Helen was great with him - he can’t wait to visit again!
Unfortunately it's a negative review. On collecting our dog we were greeted with his soiled bed. Which he had soiled on his first night. Which had then been put in a bin bag. No attempt to clean. His lead had been misplaced. We later found in the soiled bag. This was also ruined. The bed was refunded. But lead has not. As owner refuses to reimburse.
Helen has looked after various dogs over the years. Each with different needs and she’s always handled them brilliantly. They come back happy and well looked after. The peace of mind knowing they are so well cared for is priceless. Highly recommend.
We have boarded our Dogue with Helen for our last few holidays and Jess always comes home chilled out and happy. Looking forward to our next week away. Very reliable dog boarder.
Absolutely fantastic! Nothing like kennels! My dogs loved it here! Always use Windsor Dog Boarding! Secure area for the dogs great garden and sleeping arrangements would highly recommend!
