After an initial consultation, we expressed our concerns within our team.. which lead to a strategy throughout the year to improve morale, and both mind health and wellbeing in work and their person life, both effected our business. Since this point, our team have learnt new techniques to deal with situations, and, overall, a lot happier at work, which has lean to more productivity for us.
