Kate is wonderful. My rabbits are 5 years old and she is my first choice for rabbit care when I am away. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she gives me updates after every visit meaning I can relax knowing my rabbits are well looked after (and I think they prefer her to me so they're happy too!).
Kate was amazing with our three cats - even though they can be a handful! She gave us lots of updates with videos and photos throughout the week. We will definitely be asking Kate to come back next time we need cat sitting!
Kate has boarded my dog for about three years now . We’d love to take her away with us but she’s a bit nervous in new places which means it’s not enjoyable . Having Kate has been a god send . Nala absoloutely loves it there and literally jumps up and down the back gate until she gets into the garden . I never worry about her as I trust Kate 100%, I get daily updates and numerous photos so I always know what she’s up to . I was hesitant about Nala boarding with other dogs as although she loves to play she is a little shy at first ! Again Kate has it all under control
Kate helped me out with holiday cat care right at the last minute. After meeting her, I had no issues with handing over my keys and trusting her with my little ball of fluff! Loved all the photos she sent of Isla (the cat) and the updates of how she was getting on. Have no hesitation in recommending Kate's Happy Tails, in a word, "fantastic". Thank you. x
Highly recommended. Cooper & Margot love Kate and Kate is amazing with them. We use Kate's Happy Tails for both regular walks and boarding. We never worry about them as they are in such good hands. We get regular updates and photos (both when just out on walks or boarding at Kate's home).
I would highly recommend Kate's Happy Tails to anyone. We have been using Kate's boarding services for our golden retreiver for over a year now and Kate is fantastic with our doggy. She is reliable, professional and we are never worried when we leave our doggy with Kate. Our doggy always comes back very happy after a stay with Kate and she also sends regular updates when we are away. 5 stars all the way!
If I could give more stars I would! Kate has been a god send and really helped out with my dog who had some behaviour issues, with a lot of support from Kate we have Been able to get on top of these behaviours and I now have a much calmer dog! Yesterday I had the pleasure of joining kate and Brooke on their walk it really pulled on my heart stings to see how good kate was and how well Brooke reacted to Kate! Thank you so much kate for all you are doing I couldn’t of done it with out you!!!
Kate is amazing, I have been using her services for my dog Bear for over a year now. She regularly walks him and he's stayed at hers for home boarding too. Bear absolutely loves seeing Kate, he bounds to the front door when she collects him. Kate has been great working around my odd shift pattern to fit in walks for Bear, he comes back so happy. Kate is very professional and I fully trust her having a key to my house. I love that she wears a camera and sends me a live location for their walks. I especially love the pics (some added to this review) I get after their walks, especially the selfies! Bear has stayed for home boarding and its great to hear how he is doing, how much she loves having him and all the pics. It puts me at ease to leave him knowing he's having his own little happy holiday too. I would recommend Kate to anyone!
