Attended a session a couple of weeks ago. Felt like little advice was given. Was promised some links for support but didn't receive them. Chased them up but still not had a response. For me, try somewhere else.

Professional, knowledgable , empathic and constructive. Still working through my issues but with just 2 sessions I've made massive progress, and feel in a better place to understand my own capabilities in how to resolve my situation, - no more self doubt and confusion cycle. Excellent, many thanks.
Awful experience. We had an appointment booked with Amanda through this company. Our car broke down and would not start 1 hour before our appointment. We rang right away to try and rearrange or let Amanda know. There was no answer, so a message was left. Amanda messaged me asking if we was on our way shortly after our appointment. It was evident no one had left her know. Amanda not only refused to re arrange the appointment, she didn’t even offer a partial refund. She even tried to state she had no affiliation with this company, even though she was booked via them. Really disappointed in this service and situation. Avoid at all costs.
