Every staff member I had contact with here were all amazing from start to finish. We didn't have to wait long either and every step was explained to us clearly. My son said he felt like they understood him and he wanted to stay there longer and asked if we can go back. Thank you to you all.
We were really pleased with Mantle Psychology and would highly recommend them. The process of getting an assessment for our daughter was quicker than we expected. It was only a couple of months from completing the initial forms to getting an online meeting with us and an in-person assessment with our daughter. Then we were phoned with the results just a week later and are awaiting a the report. The assessment process was thorough and the Mantle staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. They particularly put our daughter at ease during her assessment.

I was a little apprehensive about Mantle Psychology after reading the negative reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Lucy was fantastic with my daughter as were the other assessors. Dr Lucy listened to my concerns and took on board information provided by my daughter’s teacher and her dyslexia assessor who recommended an ADHD assessment. It’s been a few months since my daughter’s assessment and she’s already asked when she can see Dr Lucy again. She was very disappointed when I explained that she didn’t need anymore appointments with Dr Lucy who has clearly had a very positive impact on my daughter which can only be a good thing. I highly recommend Mantle Psychology.
