I had a very unpleasant experience with this service. I was unable to do what they expected in terms of regularly attending appointments because I was severely mentally distressed. I was severely depressed, had high anxiety, had cptsd and that time I also had undiagnosed autism. I was simply incapable le of doing what they expected of me. I was also, since this was a womens charity, afraid to tell them that I hated my mother who ultimately rejected me far more than I hated my physically abusive father. Frankly this service only exacerbated my trauma and sence of social rejection. They just ended up being yet more people who hurt me and let me down
