   Wonderful dog groomers. Did exactly what I asked for, and even exceeded my expectations. Very fairly priced too. I’ll be going back. Edit: Been going to these ladies for 7 months now. Faultless. They always do their best to accommodate - even at short notice - and they’ll do exactly what I would like them to do (to the mm). Any issues, they fix them there and then. Wonderful team, and worth the trip for me to take my boy and get him cleaned up.

   I can’t not praise this company enough! We have been with them for 2.5 years and they have ALL been amazing. We have had a poorly dog, and they have helped us so much and been so understanding!    I took our 12 year old Westie Bolly for a complete groom last week and was very impressed by the groomers and how great Bolly looks. She had a bad experience at her first ever groomers when they cut her hair very short and I suspect were not very good with her, since then I have groomed and cut her hair myself, but she had got very tangled and I just couldn't do it anymore. I emailed with my request expecting a couple of weeks wait and was amazed when offered an appointment the following day. I took the appointment and explained that Bolly was nervous and they were great. On the morning of the appointment I couldn't find the unit they work from and they came and found me. I was told she'd be a couple of hours so I settled in Costa at the Asda and waited. When I collected her, I couldn't believe how good she looked! It was worth every penny of the £40.00 I paid. She will be returning there in about 3 months for another haircut. Also they only accept cash payments as they have no card machine, but they tell you that in the text they send to collect your dog. Really, really impressed by their work and Bolly looks so much younger without her shaggy coat. Parking is great, they have a small car park directly outside the unit.

   The dog still stinks, I don't think they washed her underneath, only on top of her back where its visible. Matter of fact, I don't believe the dog was even washed at all, they just lightly sprayed her with some sort of scent to try and disguise her smell but it didnt really do much. And she still got matter in her eye corner but overall the dog still stinks. They take you dog round the back so you can't see what they do and tell you to come back in an hour. The dog looked exactly the same as how I gave her. I think it's best to go somewhere transparent next time so you can see exactly what they have done to your dog, because this place ain't it

   Writing this review 1 year later. I took my Bull breed dog for a wash and ear clean and he was returned to me with VERY OBVIOUS friction burns on his stomach followed by an ear infection which was quite severe. I returned with the evidence and requested to see their insurance certificate, the woman I spoke to, I assume the owner, gave me so many excuses as though I don’t know my own dog, claiming the marks were allergies when patches of his hair was missing and scratch marks were bright red and fresh on his belly, I showed her a photo of his abdomen 24 hours prior and she played clueless. I was told they don’t use sharp objects or anything that could cause the injury and showed me a blue tool they use to remove the hair, my guess is you did this without due care and attention and inflicted friction burns to my very quiet and well behaved dog. Regarding the ear infection I was told and shown what they use and again given excuses. When I asked to see their insurance certificate she was incredibly shifty about it, turns out they were insured and I had been advised to claim but due to my circumstances at the time I did not but know that 100% you would have paid out because I sure had to!! Ultimately you get what you pay for, be more careful with our pets!!

   Saved my dogs fur, cannot thank them enough! My Pomeranian had an extremely bad reaction to some new shampoo which cause her fur to lug and matt immensely. The lugs were extremely tight and large, and we could not get them out. We tried covering them in coconut oil but it did no help. At this point she was cover in lugs and coconut oil, and we honestly didn't think her fur could be saved. We called Diamante Dogs, explained the situation and they were able to get her in within an hour. We took her in, the lady at the counter was extremely accommodating and explained what she was going to do. We was a bit worried as she has never been to a groomer before, nor has she ever been left alone, but the groomers were extremely reassuring that she will be fine. I called up a couple of times whilst she was being worked on just to check she was okay and they answered right away and were very friendly and were more than happy to let me know how she was doing and what they were working on at that time. After around 2 hours we went to collect her, she was brought out and she looked amazing!! She looked like her old self again, all of the oil was out, her fur looked very fluffy and healthy and all of her lugs were gone. They worked wonders. There were a few patches where we originally tried to cut the lugs but they managed to cover them very well. They also trimmed her nails, paws and bum so she looked very clean and tidy! I cannot thank them enough for all they have done, we are so happy with the result and we will CERTAINLY be returning. Please do not hesitate in sending your dogs here, they are extremely kind, gentle and professional with more than reasonable prices. 100% would recommend.
