   I had to come here to write a review for Amy at S4YC. Her support and help has been exceptional. She was very quick to respond, was kind and helpful on the phone and showed a level of care and attention no longer seen these days. I really appreciate it, as all to often service levels are very poor, so it is wonderful to see such great customer service, especially given that I am not even in you area. For additional context: I am not an S4YC client and had mistakenly ended up on their system, receiving emails and therefore tried to book, but struggled. It was through working with Amy that it came out that I was out of their are Cheshire vs London and Amy even emailed me to let me know that this had been noticed and that she would archive me so that I no longer receive emails. It may seem such a simple thing, but it meant a lot to me and given that I am not a client, that she went to that effort was wonderful. Thank you Amy, and if I were in the area, I would use you just because of the service you provided.

   I had several issues with this school mostly the lack of any positive feedback and constant negative feedback about my child biting another or being bitten to the point of bleeding by another child on more than one occasion this was massively out of character for her and we was starting to just think it's normal thing to do at that age literally every correspondence we had was a issue so obviously I decided to take action and put my daughter in a new school dee point which has been by far my best decision she has not once been bit or bit another child and she gets praise stickers and certificates everyday something that never happened at s4yc her online journal get updated daily something else s4yc neglected my only regret was I didnt take her out sooner s4yc is either poorly managed or under staffed either way I would seriously reconsider your option when thinking sending your child here

   Terrible management, not received any support in difficult situation. Pay for hours counting in Cantonese, not recommended.
