My dog hates men since she went there. A friend told me they was good but they are not. Two weeks after my dog went there the videos was all over fb what gary did to that poor dog.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. known for hitting/screaming/ yanking at animals. I know staff that worked there before and had terrible experiences. Not to mention my cat who was horribly cut, and since visiting has been scared of humans and has had skin allergies/flare ups, she hasn’t been the same since. My mom also witnessed his bad behaviour towards dogs, as have 2 past staff i know.
I am very disappointed with how my dog came home they charged £30 and the cut is shoddy to say the least what a mess there are tufts of uneven hair on his paws it is ridiculously uneven and around his face is although it was cut in the dark the pictures actually make it look better than it is because I am embarrassed at the fact his dad thought it was an adequate job for £30 and my boy has got allergies and is very grumpy and difficult in his old age but compared to anywhere I've taken him in the whole 12 years of his life I've never been so disappointed with the finish from anywhere, sorry posh kuts I am fuming with his dad because I would never have left with him looking like this and for 30 pounds no wonder we were able to get him in at such short notice there's obviously a reason why you have availability I will make sure I get him booked in with someone now in advance
Took my Akita for a full groom, service was great they were so friendly and welcoming
Took my dog Tilly to have her nails cut, Gary was brilliant with her couldn't fault him one bit and only cost me a fiver well worth it
Best groomer ever. Been going 11 years and never had a single complaint. Even the dog loves going
My mother came home distraught after how this parasite has treated her dog! Nothing but a Bully ! Gary your nothing but an arrogant specimen to those more vulnerable than you including your staff.
This is a wonderful groomers. Gary grooms all dogs! I rang and visited more than 30 grooming companies to repeatedly be told " we can't fit you in till next year" or " we don't groom large dogs" or "oh no, we don't touch German Shepherds". Gary was recommended to me - highly - and I'm now doing the same! I was greeted in a very friendly and respectful manner when I went to book the appointment, I was immediately fitted in at a day and time which suited me. I was late arriving on the appointment day but there was no comment, refusal and nothing was too much trouble. When my boys came home they looked fabulous - Gary and his staff obviously have an excellent way of treating animals. I highly recommend Posh Kutz to everyone.
