I have two separate counselling periods with Rachel over a 4 year period. Rachel immediately put me at ease when I spoke to her on the phone prior to having any counselling with her. She seemed to get me and exactly what I needed straight away. She has helped guide me through some very difficult times in my life and also get to the root cause of some of my personal challenges. Her counselling has been life changing, both giving me an impartial person to talk to about whatever was on my mind and also to give me tools to make life easier. I literally don't know how I would have got through the last few years without Rachel.
