This was a quickie as my pooch was a bit stinky! The staff did a fantastic job on her! No anxiety! She was comfortable and cared for in their care I’ll definitely return!
AVOID! I have used the groom room for a number of years and they had always been brilliant. The last few times I have had my dog booked in they have cancelled the day before or not even told me leaving me to turn up and be told sorry we can’t do him today…next appointment we have is in 1/2 months times! No real apology, awful customer service, haven’t returned my calls and still holding my deposit that hasn’t been returned. They have told me on two different occasions staff have left and now staff are sick, I understand this happens but 3 appointments in a row…come on!!! My appointments have all been booked 12 weeks in advance yet I can’t seem to get my dog groomed! Speechless!!!!
Took my 4mth puppy today, when I went to pick up he was very stressed hiding in a corner. I was told he'd wet himself and due to the stress I needed to find a mobile groomers so I could stay with him in future. I think this is a shame as it was his first experience and I have looked at other groomer videos where they adapt the service to suit the puppies, so won't be returning and would recommend others not to bother.

My Cavapoo attended the Groom Room recently for a full groom and he looks just AWFUL. He has a wonky cut to his head which makes him look like he’s sporting a lopsided mow hawk. He came home with matts in his ears and around his bottom. His overall trim is lumpy and not at all in proportion around his body. I don’t think he was even brushed! I’ll never return.
I'm so impressed with the overall service at The Groom Room Bromsgrove. Our Labradoodle does not have the easiest of coats to groom but nothing was a problem for the girls. Luna looks so lovely and I highly recommend The Groom Room Bromsgrove. Thank you :)
The girls were lovely and great customer service. I have been bringing Bettie to you for 14 mths from a pup. She is a breed that gets matted and always has the same cut but this time I was also charged an extra £10. I was also asked to pay a deposit which I Neva have before although on calling back they didn't charge me. There is inconsistency with pricing with staff members. If you are going to increase prices customer should be made aware. I am really unhappy and will not be renewing my pamper pack.
My dogs felt completely at ease as soon as Liz opened the door, as did I. Upon collection they both looked and smelled gorgeous. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend.
