   I saw Joyce for insomnia, and we ended up uncovering a lot of moments of my past that had adversely effected me in my adult life. We agreed to tackle these together and I have to say the improvements I have seen are tremendous. I was sceptical about hypnotherapy helping at all, but I can't praise the practice or Joyce enough for the results I have seen, and felt in myself. Joyce is not only an expert in her field of hypnotherapy, but also in counselling. She is an independent, impartial shoulder to cry on who gives pertinent and relevant advice that rings true. She listens to anything you have to say, with a profound ability to hone in on the issues surrounding an emotional response, and then tackles it effectively. I would strongly recommend Joyce to anyone looking into either hypnotherapy or counselling.
