   I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kids Planet Litherland! The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive to every child’s needs. My little one has absolutely thrived since starting here — not only in learning new skills, but also in confidence and social interaction. The environment is warm, safe, and filled with creative activities that keep the children engaged and happy. I love the regular updates and photos we receive; it’s clear how much the team genuinely cares about each child. It’s such a relief knowing my child is in a nurturing, stimulating environment every day. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a place where their child will be loved, supported, and encouraged to grow!

   Both my children have attended this nursery and both have loved it. My eldest has additional needs and the sendco at the time worked tirelessly to get him an EHCP in time for starting reception. My little girl is there now, the staff are wonderful, the provision is really well resourced and she gets so much out of going. As she is in the preschool room, she is working on phonics and numbers, something that is going to set her up for reception. The staff are always really friendly and communicate well and you can tell that they love the children. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

   I have experienced Kids Planet Litherland as both a staff member and a parent and only have good things to say! The standard of care for my little boy has been amazing. The staff are passionate about their roles and it shows in how they care for the children- the experiences they provide through the activities and the relationships built with children and their families. The management team are always helpful and accommodating and I can’t thank them enough.

   I cannot fault this nursery at all and struggle to see how some might. Myself as a staff member working within the nursery decided to enroll my daughter last October where she started in the toddler room. Where do I start, well my little girl practically skips in and doesn’t look back she gets excited every morning before nursery. The staff in the toddler room helped her not only settle in but the care they give her is amazing. I see that she is having a lovely day through the app through the day seeing all the wonderful activities the staff have put together. The staff work hard in the nursery to make sure that all personal care for children is met. Parent partnership and communication is great, never a day I feel I can’t ask about her day and I always get positive feedback. My little girl started a very fussy eater and during the months of being there she has come on leaps and is trying some new things. The chef works so hard and always cooks the children a lovely meal for lunch and dinner. Thank you so much toddlers I really appreciate everything you have done for my little girl.

   My little girl has been in kids planet Litherland since she was 9 months old, she is now nearly 2 and she loves going to nursery! All staff are very attentive to the children’s needs, so kind and caring which shows in the relationships she loves all of the staff. Children are provided with a wide variety of meals throughout the day, and the chef is always around greeting the children. I am really well informed with what she has been up to by the staff and the app. Such a lovely nursery, couldn’t ask for anything more!

   My son has attended this nursery since he was 16 months old. The SENCO at the setting works closely with my son as well as outside professionals. The SEN provision at the setting is brilliant - they really go above and beyond to ensure that the needs of the children are always being met. I am always invited into the nursery for reviews on my sons progress and they always offer advice and support for me at home. I could not recommend this nursery enough. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming and the parent app always keeps me updated on my sons day.

   My daughter attended Kids Planet from when she was 3 months old up until she left for school. I can honestly not recommend this nursery enough. The staff in the nursery are so dedicated to their role and always ensure the children’s needs are top priority. Staff communicate well with parents and always offer support. The staff always set out such lovely activities and keep parents well updated on their app.

   My brother talked about sending his grandchild here but after the terrible feedback, I have received about the staff talking about parents behind their backs. Making false claims to SS. Working unprofessionally while children are in their care. I think this establishment should be looked into very carefully. Deeply concerning.

   Do not use secure means to discuss children and families, even those who are vulnerable or disabled. Do not have regard to the SEND Code of Practice. Do not recognise or identify SEN or Disabilities. Create a hostile, unwelcoming environment for parents who raise concerns about the lack of awareness of their children’s development.
