   My little boy had been attending group lessons with another provider for over a year, but was making very little progress and had lost much of his confidence. We contacted Splashed Out looking for 1:1 lessons, and from the very start Donna was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, answering all my questions and making the booking process so easy. We did experience a small hiccup with the first instructor, but this was clearly an isolated situation and absolutely no reflection of the business itself. The management handled it swiftly and professionally, going above and beyond to resolve it and restore our confidence. Since then, my little boy has absolutely loved his lessons and looks forward to them every week. What used to feel like a chore with the previous provider has become something he truly enjoys. In just four lessons he has completed Stage 1 and is already close to finishing Stage 2! His confidence has grown so much — he’s now happily going underwater to collect sinkie toys, something he wouldn’t even consider before. We are so incredibly grateful and thoroughly impressed with the team at Splashed Out. The progress our son has made speaks volumes about the quality of their teaching. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and effective swim school.

   My little boy had swimming with splashed out a while ago! He absolutely loved it. They were always very patient with him and helped build his confidence massively in water/pools. The pool/pool area/changing facilities were always very clean and well maintained. He still often mentions splashed out to me and says he wants to go back! So thank you ❤️

   My 5 year old son has completed a block of 4 1-1 swimming lessons and we are delighted with the progress he has made. He has previously had lessons at a local large swimming pool where he wasn’t making a lot of progress. A combination of excellent teachers and calm and quiet environment has helped him so much.

   I was very nervous at first.I was made so welcome and put at ease by all the coaching team. I would highly recommend this group to everyone who would like to become more confident in the water. The staff are so friendly and are always answering any questions I have about how to improve my technique during swimming. I like how it's just a small group so everyone gets the support needed at all times.

   Both my children love their weekly swimming lesson with splashed out and they enjoy seeing their instructors because everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Lessons with splashed out have increased my children's confidence in the pool. Especially my eldest son who started lessons in February and was terrified of the swimming pool and he was swimming independently by September with their guidance he is now enjoying his stage 4 lessons and looks forward to each week.

   Since starting our swimming journey in January of 2022 my child has gone from strength to strength in his swimming ability. He was petrified of the water and highly anxious about being in without an adult. The staff have supported him from day one and he is a different child in the water now. I can see a huge difference in him. All staff are approachable and always ready to help and listen to both myself and my child. I now know that my child will be safe in the water on our upcoming holiday through their care and careful guidance and will have safe fun in the water.

   I cannot praise this swim school enough! My daughter Florence has been going here since Summer 2021 when she started as a beginner on a week intensive course, I immediately booked her onto another the following week having seen how much she had developed in just one week. Since then she has gone every single week in term time and the progress is unbelievable- she is now almost a level 4 swimmer, she is confident in the water, always excited about her lessons and the teaching is so positive, patient and encouraging! Cannot recommend enough. Will be sending all of my girls to Splashed out to learn this life long skill. Thank you!
