Both my children have attended this setting. Wonderful staff who build strong & supportive relationships with the children. My children both thoroughly enjoyed the setting and thrived here.
Absolutely appalling place BE VERY WARY trying to charge for the Welsh 30 hours scheme also charged a £30 fee for children to join when I took my child out because I wasn't notified about charges before hand told me I was welcome to a refund then dragged there heels wouldn't refund over the phone told to call on Monday then when I called and initially politely asked for refund told checks in the post, as I paid on card I explained I didn't take checks and it would need to be refunded that day on card, Claire then escalated it the situation and threatened to call the police I'm absolutely appalled and disgusted I said call the police as if you have taken the money it's theft! I then called my partner in to help and was told to get out and they then did the refund straight away on the card IM SO GLAD MY DAUGHTER IS NOT GOING THERE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED
Communication skills extremely poor, very unhappy with the care that my two year old son received here.
Sent both of my children here. Very caring staff. Always getting good involved in charities
