   We've used Fenton Simpson's services twice in the last 3.5 years and on both occasions the service was excellent. All the credit goes to Matt Wilfan who is a joy to deal with. Professional, friendly and always there to answer any questions. His advice and explanations made the process of mortgage application for our first home so much less stressful and easy to understand. We then engaged with him again this year to move properties and port our mortgage product and he took care of everything, answering all our questions and keeping us informed at every step.    Nicola (Nikki) Kay and her team are absolute lifesavers and I would 110% recommend using Fenton Simpson as a result. As someone who was on a fixed term / temporary contract, yet had a history of contract work (e.g., postdoc positions), getting a mortgage sorted within a short period of time was always going to be chaotic for me. However, Nikki very quickly helped to arrange and apply for a very suitable mortgage deal for me that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to get via the usual route. Nikki and her team always responded very quickly and were very knowledgeable too throughout the process. My partner and I now both use Fenton Simpson and couldn’t be happier with our choice.
