Can't praise them enough. Called this afternoon as I have an insect bite that is infected. Receptionist was so helpful, I sent in some pictures, within a couple of hours a nurse called me, prescribed me antibiotics and I picked them up from Lloyds an hour later. Thank you. Amazing service.

I phoned 39 times this morning starting at 0820. When I spoke to the receptionist, I was told that there were no appointments and should phone back tomorrow! There must be a more efficient way of running a GP surgery appointment ?system
