Although this uni has green campus and open to everyone visit, there are always weirdo, abnormal people around here, appear in random time. They could be one of the students or a visitor. If you are new to this uni and also Reading, take your time to explore and wish you have good time studying in here and meet kind people.
Very good university overal! Facilities are well organized and looked after as rennovations and upgrades take place frequently. The professors are friendly and knowledgable overal. In addition, lectures are nicely presented. Labs are also a great part of the university offering practical experience. Last but not least, the campus itself is very beautiful! From my personal experience, in rare occasions some tutors as well as professors are not always helpful and approachable. Lastly during covid everything was converted into a "digital word", making studying very difficult and not enjoyable at all!
The campus is nice and spacious, with scenic walks to and from accommodations and buildings. There are tons of rooms too so lots of options ! Some staff try to be friendly

Very green university. A lot of eateries and there is a co-op shop as well. Bus 21 and 21a will take you to the station.
Rubbish. Money-grabbers. Ableist. Liars. Ironic the way they mistreat young people because CAMHS is on the campus. No accommodations for people with chronic disabilities. Really inappropriate behaviour. Avoid this university. Gardens are nice tho so I would visit those again. Library staff are often rude.
A serene environment, very welcoming and homely. Every section, location and department properly structured and well laid out. I recommend this citadel of higher learning to all who seek good university education and a befitting environment for it.
