   I have worked with Alex and his team for a number of years now and have nothing but positive feedback about all of them. Alex was recommended to me by a network contact & as soon as i spoke with him, his calm manner put me at ease and immediately sorted out an issue which my previous accountant hadn't dealt with, which completely reassured me at the time. From that point on, I moved our accounting requirement to AJS and have been with him ever since. Alex calmly and professionally advises us with any question or query we throw at him. He's like a breath of fresh air! We feel safe in good accounting hands with him and his team. I have happily recommended Alex to a number of business acquaintances as well as a self employed family member - all, after speaking with Alex, have gone on to use AJS Accounting themselves, the feedback from those I've referred to him has always been incredibly positive too.    I switched to AJS Accountants after becoming frustrated with my previous accountant, who would often take weeks—or even months—to respond to simple questions or send over documents. It was incredibly stressful, especially during a house purchase when I urgently needed some documents and it took *three months* to finally get them. In that time, interest rates shot up, costing me significantly. Since moving to AJS Accountants, it's been a completely different experience. They are responsive, professional, and always get back to me the same day, no matter how busy they are. It's such a relief to finally work with an accountant I can rely on. Highly recommend!

   I have been using Alex as my Accountant for approx 2 years now. I don’t write many reviews but I felt on this occasion this was worthy of highlighting superb service. The speed of reply with my queries is quite incredible ( including outside office hours at times) I have had previous Accountants who just do a tick box service. This is certainly not the case here ( full personal service) and opened up numerous areas to save tax where ever possible. Without hesitation I recommend Alex to anyone out there who is not quite sure if there Current Accountant is giving them a Fully Comprehensive Service.    Alex has been my accountant since 2020and recently completed my self assessment tax return. Alex sent me some very useful proformas to use and gave invaluable advice on what can and can't be claimed for. Within 24 hours, Alex had calculated the tax, checked to see what methods were best for claiming certain allowances and then filed the return with HMRC. Alex's advice and timely service has meant that I am now prepared to pay my tax bill with many months still to go, allowing me time to prepare the payment. I would certainly recommend the services of AJS Accounting for everyone who requires expert help in their tax and business planning. Thank you Alex!

   I am just writing to say how pleased I have been when dealing with Alex at AJS Accounting Services. Alex was asked to complete a personal tax return for me and my business partner. Alex made the process easy to understand and was able to provide us with advice that lead to a reduction in the amount of tax that we were due to pay. If we had submitted the return ourselves we would not have been aware of these extra entitlements so would have resulted in us paying more tax than we were required to. Alex’s communication was excellent, he visited us at our place of work and then backed everything up with emails to make sure we were kept up to date with the progress of our paperwork. Overall an excellent service was provided and I would have no hesitation in recommending the services provided by AJS Accounting Services to anyone.
