I am SO glad I was given the contact details for BK Plus. My job has a different tax situation from any other and I'm terrified of making a mistake on my tax return. The team is so friendly, warm and human! When I ring them in a panic they are calm and reassuring. Not quite as good this year. Never had a problem before in all the years of using them but this time I experienced much more delays and then didn’t at first receive everything then had difficulty getting this resolved. However, in the end everything sorted. I also noticed that the charge has increased a lot this year. I might have a go at doing it myself next year as this will save me many hundreds of pounds, which would help a lot in this financial crisis we’re in right now.
