I was fortunate to meet Ida over 2 years ago. During this time she has supported me through complex grief, trauma and anxiety. Ida is a compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive professional who goes out of her way to help. She has a safe, comfortable and private therapy space that is easy to access. Ida offers an adaptable and non judgemental approach to therapy, that is tailored to the individual, and we have worked with different techniques including EMDR. I have felt heard and supported throughout the time that I have been working with Ida, and I have gained skills that have helped me process my grief and trauma and have led to me being able to approach my life in a positive way.

I’ve worked with Ida for nearly two years and during that time we have explored some deeply personal and challenging topics together. I have never trusted a counsellor more to support me through difficult moments than I have Ida. She is warm, kind, and an incredibly talented and astute professional. Throughout our work together, we have used a variety of therapeutic approaches. While some of these take time (i like to think of it as a detective uncovering clues), I have never once doubted her skill, depth of knowledge or expertise in her craft. Our sessions have created the conditions for genuine change, allowing me to see and feel real results within myself.

Poor knowledge, the worst possible course : integrative therapy so superficial no structure, poor experience, her emdr is of few days training so extremely dangerous! A terribly judgmental rude disrespectful woman with no success by her own but imposing herself as some "coach" during the sessions, moves every few months to a new area, makes very complicated when you want to quit her. She basically retraumatises people and uses the information from the sessions to guilt trip you when you question why those sessions are so ineffective and chaotic. If you want to pay for getting worse, Ida is the right person.
