   Wouldn't want to send anyone here with mental health, they haven't contacted my daughter since May, not once. She has been struggling since I have had to go back to work, she told them this and basically was told to get on with it and since then nothing. Appalling way to treat someone that needs encouraging to live life not left to rot!!!!

   An amazing charity that offers art, crafts, music and creative writing therapies with counselling. Ipsum has been an opportunity to turn my life around. They are exceptional, caring and supportive. They work with other mental health groups like Twigs Community Garden, Wiltshire Wildlife Wellbeing and Swindon Mind to pull people together and improve lives.

   These offices in Milton Road, have been a blessing in disguise for anyone who needs a boost of Wellbeing, Emotional, Confidence building and thus a step-up on the Confidence and Capability ladder....this is the place to go. It gladly caters for anyone who has either fallen on bad times or loose their way and needs a gentle nudge in the right direction. The staff are very patient and understanding and the recently changed offices are a great retreat to get your feelings and emotions back on track.

   Amazing. Practically free services. For people who have been dealing with mental health problems. There's Art and music just to name two of their wonderful activities. If this has ever been you, then you will know how difficult it is to get back to socialising with others. Just another way in which SWADS helps those who have and are struggling with coping with those little surprises life throws at us. You can sit and do as much or as little as you want in whatever activity you have chosen to be part of. It helps with confidence self esteem, assertiveness and so much more. All I ask is please please British Government don't take it away. It's fantastic.... Honest. Come and try if you haven't been able to cope with.daily living, things have been getting you down or you are fighting addictions, OCD and other life messing up situations.
