This is a great place to train, I started there just over three months ago doing Muay Thai, BJJ and MMA. Everyone has been really welcoming and encouraging, all the instructors are awesome and I feel like I've improved loads already. I only wish I could have started training years ago.
Fantastic working gym my son does Thai boxing,bjj and mma classes he trains 5 days a week and only 8 Years old he lives for this place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and very Experienced. New beginners are very welcome and taught by the best coaches. Fabulous atmosphere come an see for yourselves how fab this place really is. Very affordable prices for all the family.
