   I asked T&Y to quote for some personal property tax advice and John Yeates went above and beyond in his helpful coresspondance. He identified an important problem in my affairs which required expert legal advice and meant T&Y were unable to take on my case. Despite this he still took time to offer helpful throughts and analysis of my issue and provided recommendations for further steps/help. I had spoken to numerous other firms/experts, none of which spotted this roadblock. The discovery ultimately led to a change in my plans and undoubetly saved me a lot of time. Next time I will save myself a load of work by just asking T&Y first. Hopefully I'll be able to engage their services in future matters.
