   Jade has gone above and beyond to help us. When we found out that our previous financial advisor had ceased trading, Jade rang me the following day and has been extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. We unfortunately had a house fall through on exchange due to the sellers situation and then going back out to market to extend out mortgage offer, Jade and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They supported with life insurance and provided options for home insurance. We couldn’t recommend any higher

   Paul, Aly and Tracey were all amazing and really helpful, they communicated well with me every step of the way through my mortgage application and I'm so grateful for their help and support. Paul was very patient as it took along time from start to finish process with house sale falling through and the time it took for me to find a property but we got there in the end. Aly was always easily contactable and a friendly voice at the other end of the phone guiding me through the process and helping with any queries.    My experience with Prestige was great, I dealt with a lovely lady called Tracey. Tracey was so professional in her work. I loved the way she would update me even if she was also still waiting for responses from Banks etc. She provided excellent customer service and was very friendly all the times. Tracey was excellent throughout my mortgage processes. Being a first time buyer I had no idea on how to go about it but Tracey made it so easy for me. I would definitely use Prestige services again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others who wish to buy houses.

   This is my 2nd time using Prestige and I have also recommended them to others! Our mortgage application wasn't straight forward in the slightest with multiple changes to our buying figs and mortgage offers in principal as and when our chain fell through. Ash and Toni were amazing and kept us updated and calm through the whole thing - no change was too much effort and the information they provided back to us was swift and accurate allowing us to finally get our dream home!!!!
